For all the Steven Universe fans!
Of all the designs, Opal is by far my favourite. Inspiration for her was drawn from Kali, the Hindu goddess of creation and destruction, and part of that is why I love her look so much as I draw a lot of my character designs inspiration from Indian and oceanic cultures. I wasn’t originally going to do an art Noveau background, but I’ve been wanting to do something in that style for… Well, years, and this seemed as good of a time as ever since there are art noveau elements to the temples.
